SARKAR OFFICE® can assist you in all immigration issues (work visas) in Japan, but do not provide any service relating to finding a job / employer in Japan. Without a job / employer we cannot assist you in the immigration issue unless you want to establist your own company in Japan and invest in your Japanese co.

Can I / we get a FREE CONSULTATION / ASSESSMENT Service from SARKAR OFFICE®?
SARKAR OFFICE® is Consulting & Admn. Services firm and does not provide any FREE service. For consultation and assessment of your case you need to provide relevant information, pay the INITIAL consultation fee in advance.

What kind of other administrative services does SARKAR OFFICE® provide?
SARKAR OFFICE® provides services related to Japan Immigration, formation of company / legal entity in Japan, tax / accounting matters, social insurance, trademark registration, and other administrative business matters.

Can SARKAR OFFICE® give 100% guarantee for obtaining the immigration status / Certificate of Eligibility, other immigration cases (work visas)?
There is NO guarantee as Immigration authority takes the decision, but so far the SARKAR OFFICE® has handled thousands of cases for over 10 years and the success rate is 99.99% in fact 100%. So far only few cases denied are because of client’s negligence in following SARKAR OFFICE® advice 100% and or result from the Immigration authority investigation found faults on the client’s side. SARKAR OFFICE® does not conduct investigation of client side (as it is not our task) but to rely on their integrity of the client’s statement and documents for submission of a case.

Can you explain SARKAR OFFICE® fee structure?

All fees are charged at a FLAT RATE and not on TIME SPENT basis, 100% payable in advance and non-refundable.

How do I know what kind of company / or branch is better?

That’s why we judge the case through initial consultation process and provide appropriate advice based on the case / client's situation.

How do I know what kind of status of residence (work visa category) I should apply?

That’s why we judge the case through initial consultation process and provide appropriate advice based on the case / client's situation.

How do I proceed using SARKAR OFFICE® service?

Step I: Initial Consultation: relevant information and advance payment of initial consultation fee; and upon receiving the said, information and documents, and confirming the payment SARKAR OFFICE® will do the assessment and advise the client.
Step II: Upon getting SARKAR OFFICE® assessment advise and if SARKAR OFFICE® can see the possibility to assist the client then will advise all possible options, and upon receiving Clients confirmation on the acceptance of fee and payment will start processing the case.
(Note: As SARKAR OFFICE® charges a FLAT FEE any delay from the client side more than 2 months upon receiving / taking the case SARKAR OFFICE® has to charge additional fee in order to proceed, complete and submit the case. In case SARKAR OFFICE® do not hear from the client within 4 months the file will be permanently closed and client has to start from the Step I again)

We are a Corporate client and have requirement to process multiple cases / many cases during a course of year, is there any discount re the fee in such case?
Yes, SARKAR OFFICE® provides monthly retainer fee based contract where all the consultation / assessment of cases are free of charge in lieu of monthly fixed fee, and special rates offered depending upon client’s requirement.
